On November 4, 2025, at the initiative of the Department of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan in Sughd Region, an educational seminar on the topic "Ways and Methods of Preventing Corruption in the Healthcare Sector" was held in the meeting hall of Khujand Clinical City Hospital No. 1, with the participation of heads of healthcare institutions in Sughd Region.

The event was opened by the Head of the Health Department of Sughd Region, F. Makhmudov, who shared his views on the consequences of the damage caused by this negative and dangerous phenomenon to the country's economic security and various directions of the Republic of Tajikistan's anti-corruption policy. During the event, responsible officials from the department presented presentations on the topics under discussion.

The purpose of the event is to enhance the anti-corruption awareness of industry specialists, create an atmosphere of intolerance towards corruption, and eliminate the causes and conditions that contribute to corruption. At the end of the event, participants exchanged opinions on the seminar's topic.
